I focus on treating the whole person—not just your symptoms—and am curious about your values, beliefs, and how you navigate everyday life. My therapeutic style blends care and compassion with gentle confrontation and the occasional pun.

I geek out on examining sex and relationships in the context of larger systems, such as family of origin, religion, and culture. Our work together may also involve exploring past experiences and emotions to help you resolve present issues and to shift your behavior in current relationships.

Outside of therapy, you can find me running along the Schuylkill River, learning how to breakdance, and collecting low-maintenance plants.

  • I am cisgender, non-disabled White lady in her mid-40s who was born and raised in the Hudson Valley (NY). I spent most of my adult life in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, where I continue to work with clients via teletherapy.

    I currently live and practice in Philadelphia, on the unceded territory of the Lenni Lenape peoples. I am a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Peru ‘11-’13), and a first-generation college grad.
